Free range chicken breast breaded and pan- fried until golden then smothered in a rich marinara sauce and topped with melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Served with spaghetti aglio e olio, pepperoncino flakes and seasonal vegetables



Pappardelle ai Funghi

Homemade wide ribbon pasta, with wild porcini, oyster, and cremini mushrooms in a light cream sauce finished with a drizzle of truffle oil and fresh parsley and topped with a whole grilled Oyster mushroom *crispy prosciutto (optional)



Costolette di Cervo alla Griglia

Grilled Venison chops, marinated in a blend of fresh garlic, rosemary, sage, olive oil, and sea salt, and finished with a mixed berry port sauce. Served with mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach, and candied baby carrots



Risotto con Vongole e Gamberi

Rich, creamy Carnaroli rice slowed cooked with Succulent clams and large pink Argentinian shrimp in a white wine lemon sauce, finished with drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and fresh parsley



Grouper alla Livornese

Fresh pan seared Grouper simmered in our Livornese sauce made of San Marzano tomatoes, mix of Italian olives, Kalamata olives, capers, fresh oregano and basil. Served with mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach
